Terms & Conditions

General:

Minimum 2-years warranty, specific products can offer longer warranty.

Free shipping and free return shipping on orders of minimum €150, 14-days “try at home”-period. Original packaging and all accessories are required for return of a product.  Of course the product needs to be in perfect condition.

Prices:

All price are excluding VAT, VAT for your country will calculated and added at check-out. If no VAT is added, please contact us to add your country or to arrange manual invoice. Prices are subject to change and follow future development of exchange rates.

Payment:

Payment possible with credit card (Stripe) and also PayPal. Payment is required before delivery. 

Delivery:

Products are shipped with the post network (PostNord in Sweden and corresponding in your country, most likely DPD) to a pick-up store. Home delivery can be arranged upon request, please add the shipping option of €20 ex VAT for home / door delivery.

Delivery time:

Orders are normally shipped out within 24 hours, with 3-4 days delivery time. If a product is temporary out of stock we will inform you right away. We can repay the order or wait to product is in stock again. We do order and stock up regularly. 

Return policy:

It is possible to return an unused product within 30-days and get full refund. Free return shipping.
